What countries do you deliver to?

MAD BOY is ONLY available on this website for delivery to the following countries: Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, France, Belgium, Luxemburg and the Netherlands. People from Liechtenstein, San Marino and Andorra can order the bike. The bikes will be shipped to the nearest dealer.

What about delivery charges and taxes?

MAD BOY pricing in our EU Shop includes free delivery to a Cannondale bike shop, free assembly, and pick-up by the customer.  VAT is included in the retail price.

How long will it take to get my MAD BOY bike?

Your fully-assembled ready-to-ride MAD BOY bike will be available for pick-up in 2-6 weeks at your local Cannondale bike shop. A professional bike mechanic will assemble your MAD BOY before you pick it up.

How will I get my MAD BOY bike?

After you place your order, a Cannondale representative will contact you to select the local Cannondale bike shop where you will pick up your MAD BOY bike. Once your bike shop is selected, your limited-edition MAD BOY bike will be delivered to the bike shop where it will be professionally assembled (for free).  You will then be contacted once the bike is ready for pick-up.

Please note that all bikes must be shipped to and assembled by a Cannondale bike shop before they can be picked up by a customer. 

Can I have the bike shipped directly to my home and skip the in-store pick up option?

No. As with all Cannondale bicycles, we require an authorized Cannondale retailer to perform final assembly steps and run necessary safety checks to ensure the bicycle is built to our quality and safety standards. This policy is true for all direct-to-consumer bicycles, including special or limited edition products.

Can I return my MAD BOY bike?

MAD BOY orders can be cancelled and returned at any point up to 14 days after receipt of goods, provided that the goods are in perfect saleable condition. Customers can contact CSG Europe to arrange return of the goods by emailing service@cyclingsportsgroup.com to make arrangements.

What if there's something wrong with my MAD BOY?

Your MAD BOY bike is a Cannondale bike and is covered by our Cannondale warranty.  Your local Cannondale bike shop should be able to help you.  Due to the limited edition nature of this product we can not guarantee warranty replacements will be available in the same manner as production bikes, so please note the following section of our warranty: Due to product evolution and obsolescence (such as products that have been discontinued or are no longer kept in stock), some frames or components may not be available for older or limited edition models. In these cases, Cannondale may elect to provide a replacement that it determines to be the most nearly comparable model, but sourcing and paying for components is the responsibility of the bicycle owner.
